David Crone is director of choral studies at Monroe-Woodbury High School. Currently choir director at Christ Church, Warwick NY, he was music director/conductor of the Pro Arte Chorale in NJ from 1997-2010 and has served as conductor for NYSMF, the Community Choral Society, the Riverdale Choral Society, and the Boys Choir of Harlem. In 2009 he made his European conducting debut as part of the Liverpool Capital of Culture Festival, followed by a performance at Liverpool's Anglican Cathedral. He holds a doctorate from Seton Hall University, a master's in conducting from Temple University and a B.A. in jazz composition from Berklee College of Music.

Crone’s passion for performing extends into the jazz community with regular appearances as a jazz pianist. Crone is often a guest conductor, accompanist and clinician at choral festivals and conferences throughout the tri-state area.

Steven Wing has appeared as guest conductor and accompanist at All-County and Area All-State choral festivals throughout New York State. Wing serves as conductor of the intermediate chorus at the OCMEA Summer Institute. He is a distinguished member of the Monroe-Woodbury Middle School music faculty, where he is the director of the chamber chorus, which received a "Gold with Distinction" rating at the 2009 NYSSMA Major Festival.

Wing holds a master's in composition/music theory from the Fredonia School of Music, SUNY Fredonia and a bachelor's in music education from the Crane School of Music, SUNY Potsdam.

Steven has appeared in NYC as singer/songwriter and musical director, and performs regularly in the Lower Hudson Valley and in the Catskills.

Emily Thompson is a recent college graduate originally from Warwick, NY. After getting her Bachelor’s degree in Art History and Public Policy from Syracuse University, Emily went on to get her Masters degree in Arts Management from American University in Washington, DC. As a long time member of the Warwick community, Emily has participated in many local arts organizations, including the Warwick Valley Chorale. In 2005, Emily sang Handel’s “Messiah” with the Chorale under the direction of John Rutter. Additionally, while at Syracuse University, Emily was a member of the SU Women’s Choir and at American University a member of the AU Chorus, singing Orff’s “Carmina Burana”.

Emily’s passion for the arts extends beyond her own performance experiences. She is a strong advocate for arts education and is excited for her new role as choir manager of Jubilate.

Barbara Welch has taught voice for more than 30 years, in NYC and in Warwick. She has shared her love of music locally with children since 1988, and since 1997 has assisted Nick DiLeo and David Crone in vocal preparation of Warwick Valley High School drama club musicals.

Barbara holds a B.A. in music and an M.A. in music in voice from The Catholic University of America. She had a seven-year run singing the Broadway and national tour of Hello, Dolly starring Carol Channing. She has performed in a wide range of venues, from musical theater to oratorio, and has toured extensively.

Doris Bjorkman is an elementary and middle school vocal music teacher in the Monroe-Woodbury School District. She is a classically-trained pianist, vocalist, conductor, and accompanist. She has privately taught piano and voice in the Monroe-Woodbury area since 1995; many of her students receive high ratings at NYSSMA festivals.

Doris is active in NYSSMA as a certified solo adjudicator, and also in OCMEA, where she is an educational director.

Doris holds a B.F.A. in piano/voice performance and an M.S. in music education from CW Post, Long Island University. She has completed extensive studies in music education at The Crane School of Music, SUNY Potsdam and The Hartt School of Music, University of Hartford.
